ResultsThe CLD as presented in Fig. 3 shows the system that shapes a healthy and sustainable food environment in healthcare institutions, formed by 30 factors, connections and mechanisms that influence the system. The arrows symbolize the connections between factors. An arrow with a plus symbol indicates that the relationship between the factors is positive (if the variable increases or decreases, the connected variable also increases or decreases correspondingly).
