Caledon will continue with in-person paper ballots in the 2026 municipal and school board elections, while adding a limited home service for advanced voting. Caledon Community Services (CCS) is inviting residents to participate in a scenic bike ride in support of its programs for seniors. Participants can choose from a variety of route options of 10, 25, 50 and 100 kilometres, all starting and ending at the park. Two new gravel routes of 25 and 50 kilometres respectively have been introduced this year, according to CCS spokesperson Donna Cragg. There is also a virtual option which allows participants to complete the ride on their own time.
