Sachin is a researcher at the Institute. His work focuses on the role of government ministers and how they can be most effective during their time in office. As part of the IfG Academy, he helps civil servants understand how to work with ministers and supports audiences outside government to identify ways to effectively engage with policy makers. Sachin also works on projects relating to the Home Office, including looking at how the government can design better asylum and migration policy. Source
