My daughter is now a school guidance counselor (sort of like a school psychologist and educator merged into one helpful school role while running programs about lying, stealing, bullying, dealing with death of a loved one, the value of cooperative behavior, shyness and other important topics). It suits her well since she always wanted to help hurt or maligned others, and did so since she was a young child or as when she was an older one in her senior year at high school.

First we got a mafia economy. Then we got a mafia state. We must rid ourselves of the ruling criminal class or become its victims. Kiss the ring. Grovel before the Godfather. While it is true that these individuals may have attempted to enter the U.S. through unauthorized means, their actions were likely driven by desperation and hope for a better future.

10th Feb, 2025: National Alliance of People’s Movements strongly condemns the inhuman and cruel treatment meted out to Indian Citizens by the new Trump-led US Government. In the history of deportation, this is yet another cruel and shameful low and marks the beginning of another era of racist politics.
