MANITO (25News Now) - A Manito man has been arrested for trying to meet a minor for sex. Manito Police Chief Scott Montgomery said officers made contact with 57-year-old Edwin R. Giles around 10 p.m. Wednesday outside the Casey’s gas station in Manito. Giles was arrested for traveling to meet a child for sex, distribution of harmful material, indecent solicitation of a minor, and grooming. Montgomery said Giles was arrested and taken to the Mason County Jail.
