EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — It was another first for the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley football program as it kicked off its spring practice schedule. Today marked the first of 15 practices the Vaqueros will have until April 17 and the intensity was cranked up a notch in comparison to the Fall session. Head Coach Travis Bush said, “The sense of urgency has picked up. The Fall was teaching, developing and having fun. We’re down to business now, so, guys are moving around.
