Renfrew Lions Club President James Johnston thanks everyone who dropped by last week’s open house event and those who stuck around to help pack just over 500 pairs of eyeglasses ahead of their trip to the Canadian Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centre in Calgary. From there, the glasses will be refurbished and sent to people in need around the world.
