    DELHI, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A Colchester man appeared in Delaware County Court on Thursday and was indicted on several drug crimes. Count One accuses Shear of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony. It is alleged that Shear, on or about April 13, knowingly and unlawfully sold a hallucinogenic substance to another individual. Count Two alleges Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony.

    VESTAL, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A local psychic is facing criminal charges after a client claimed she left him emotionally and financially devastated. On May 8, Patsy Brown of Binghamton Psychic, located at 257 Vestal Parkway in Vestal, pleaded guilty to violation of Scheme to Defraud in the First Degree. Brown was arrested by the Vestal Police Department last year for Grand Larceny, Conspiracy, and Fortune Telling after a client reported that she took advantage of him when he was extremely vulnerable.

    BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – An organization that fights food insecurity for local seniors is seeking new volunteers. Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteers to deliver meals Monday through Friday from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.Routes are available in Binghamton, Chenango Bridge, Kirkwood, Conklin, Whitney Point, Windsor, and Harpursville. Both drivers and visitors are needed to make deliveries. Volunteers must 18 or older.
