    (WIVT/WBGH) – Lockheed Martin in Owego is getting a significant contract to make modifications to a Naval helicopter. Congressman Nick Langworthy announced that Lockheed’s Rotary and Mission Systems division has been awarded a $9.5 million contract from the U.S. Navy to perform the modifications on 60 Naval Hawk helicopters. The work will be conducted at the Owego facility and the contract is expected to continue through March of 2029.
