BOCA RATON, Fla. — The 911 calls from last week's fatal plane crash in Boca Raton that killed three people have been released. The Cessna 310 went down at about 10:20 a.m. on Military Trail near Glades Road after departing the airport, according to the FAA. The plane took off from the Boca Raton Airport, heading for the Tallahassee Airport, and crashed 11 minutes later. The crash killed Robert Stark, 81, of Boca Raton; Stephen Stark, 54, of Delray Beach and Brooke Stark, 17, also from Delray Beach.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A 67-year-old nurse who was brutally attacked at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital earlier this year continues to make strides in her recovery. Leelamma Lal has been hospitalized for nearly two months after investigators said she was suddenly attacked by a patient Feb. 18, leaving her with critical injuries.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — West Palm Beach Police (WPBPD) are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Monday evening. Officers responded to a ShotSpotter that picked up multiple rounds of gunfire at 8:21 p.m. along the 700 block of 37th Street. One person was located with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead by rescue crews. WPBPD says the investigation is ongoing. This is a developing story, stay with WPTV for updates.

LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. — A union representing hundreds of workers at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has started a petition demanding safer conditions. The petition was started following an attack in February at the hospital that left a nurse in critical condition and a patient, who was on a psychiatric hold, facing criminal charges.
