A local street festival returns this spring in North Augusta. North Augusta Forward and their merchants alliance are hosting Spring Fest on April 27. Over 60 food and art vendors are scheduled to be in attendance. “The event itself promotes community and time together with family and friends. Community is the heartbeat of North Augusta,” Jenny Elliott, owner of Shoppe 3130 and member of the merchants alliance, said.
