11/30/2024 Saturday Helpful Inspiration of Seriousness - Protein is Basic & ImportantEarly this morning I was reading Substack notes and there was one that really caught my eye- someone battling cancer. Of course, this is private but I have decided to share some information that may help this person or others. My husband had cancer and he has now been cancer free for over 15 years. I did take charge of his nutrition and yes to support his immune system.

11/03/2024 Sunday: We Have Always Done It This Way…We all need to be ready,  yet calm for the election.  My husband and I are getting all our errands done before the election and plan to stay home as well.  What are your plans? That being said, I am also thinking of holiday stresses that may affect families and friends.  There is another thing that happens in some families and yes I have seen this and experienced this myself:  Exclusion from family affecting especially older persons.

We often see small, large and medium places of “paradise”, being broken and destroyed. Who or what could fix these “broken” and lost places of paradise? The shop that got destroyed down the street, the community centre that was broken into and items were stolen, the home that was destroyed, by individuals who were out on a rampage. The mindset of people need to change, to one of constructive and not destructive behaviour. This starts at an early age.
