Step outside of your comfort zone. So often, we find ourselves playing to our strengths or the things we are comfortable with. However, we should be consistently and intentionally doing the things that make us uncomfortable or that we aren't fully confident in. Discomfort and adversity are where we grow. If we are comfortable in our positions and aren't doing things that challenge us, we remain stagnant and are not giving our best to our teams. Do the hard stuff.
