COHOES, N.Y. (WNYT)- Robert Halikias, 21, from Cohoes was arrested by State Police after they say he gave a child under 17-years-old alcohol and cannabis then had sex with them on multiple occasions in April of this year. Halikias is also accused of obstructing the child’s breathing in a fight on April 18.

On Saturday, a second arrest was made in the shooting deaths of two 19-year-olds from Glens Falls. An 18-year-old from the Albany area, Jordan Johnson was arraigned this morning on two counts of murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and tampering with evidence.
