    A chat group for taxi operators has disputed claims from Central Dispatch that there has been a rise in unauthorised and illegal booking services in Bermuda. Central Dispatch, a licensed dispatch company, said this week that entities have operated "outside the legal framework" for years using "apps, WhatsApp, Telegram group, e-mails and other informal methods to assign jobs".

Cobis said in a statement that the appointment of Angela Fubler comes in response to her longstanding dedication to education and the breadth of her experience in local as well as global contexts.     A seasoned clinician and educator has been elected as the new president of the Hamilton Rotary Club. Takawira Mubako, a pathologist, is to take over the role from Cathy Bassett on July 1. He has more than 30 years of experience in medicine and more than 20 years as a specialist histopathologist, having worked in Zimbabwe, Namibia, Rwanda, Britain and Bermuda.
