    AbstractFreshwater wetlands and coastal sediments are becoming hotspots for the emission of the greenhouse gas methane. Eutrophication-induced deposition of organic matter leads to elevated methanogenesis and sulfate reduction, thereby increasing the concentrations of methane and toxic sulfide, respectively. However, the effects of sulfide stress on the anaerobic methanotrophic biofilter have not been well explored.

    The Indiana State University Writing Center is hosting its second annual Haunted House and Halloween Party this Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. There will be food and drinks, a haunted house filled with characters from scary stories, a costume contest and scavenger hunt with prizes, horror movies, and a variety of arts and crafts activities throughout the evening. As in the previous year, this year’s event will be hosted by current student tutors at the Writing Center.

    AbstractThe enzyme glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) produces the neurotransmitter GABA, using pyridoxal-5'-phosphate. GAD exists as two isoforms, GAD65 and GAD67. Only GAD65 acts as a major autoantigen, with its autoantibodies frequently found in type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune diseases. Here we characterize the structure and dynamics of GAD65 and its interaction with the autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome type 2-associated autoantibody b96.11.

    Everybody wants their startup to run like a well-oiled machine, with employees who are happy to be there. Positive feedback is good, but exclusively positive feedback provides no help in identifying areas for improvement and can be a sign your staff aren't comfortable voicing dissent. In my capacity as a startup founder, and also chief of staff, when I receive exclusively positive reviews from employees, it raises a red flag.

    I would like to write an argumentative statement on the Zoning System in Indonesia's New Student Admissions (PPDB) and its impact on education. To start off, I will first explain the Zoning System. The Zoning System was first introduced in Indonesia in the year 2017. It was aimed to promote from admission criteria to the school's proximity. Despite the great efforts of implementing this system, many citizens do not agree with it and the zoning quota has decreased as the years pass by.
