Boston-based travel operator Audley Travel has appointed Cathy Kusuma as the new vice president of trade and partnerships. TTC Tour Brands announced today (April 28) that its FAM initiative, dubbed TTC Tour Week, is returning this November. TTC Tour Brands announced its inaugural Tour Week FAMs in October, 2024, promising to take over 500 advisors on 13 trips across five of its brands in March. According to a release, TTC received over 1,000 applicants for the program. Following TTC Tour Week’s success, the company has unveiled nine more FAM trips for four brands scheduled in November 2025.

On April 25, 2015, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake shook Nepal, changing the lives of millions in less than a minute. The historic Gorkha Earthquake devastated the country. Although the area is the most earthquake-prone region on the planet, the intensity was the worst to hit Nepal since 1934. In total, 9,000 people died, 20,000 were injured, and 3.5 million people lost their homes (via CNA). Today, Nepal stands as a “living case study in resilience,” Intrepid said in a press release.
