    The City of Norfolk was paid a visit on Wednesday by a dignitary from the other side of the globe. Chipiliro “Chipi” Mpinganjira, a member of the Malawi National Assembly and Blantyre City Council, has been touring across the city since he arrived on Sunday. From Johnson Park to Wis-Pak to Divots Brewery, Mpinganjira said he’s not only been impressed, but inspired by everything he’s seen so far.

Anthony Wisnieski — co-owner of Building Green Structures in Pilger — aims to hold his seat against challenger Layne Roth, the self-employed owner of Happy Pet Home Care who has been an outspoken critic of many of the board’s members at their bimonthly meetings.
