Crishayla Beattie, 29, is scheduled to appear in Pierce County District Court on Thursday, June 26, for a pre-trial hearing on charges of abuse of a vulnerable adult and theft.     MADISON — A Norfolk man will spend most of the next decade behind bars for sexually assaulting a teenage girl last fall. Skyler Hungerford, 32, was sentenced by District Judge Michael Long on Tuesday to 19 to 20 years in prison for first-degree sexual assault, a crime punishable by up to 50 years in prison. With good behavior, Hungerford will be eligible for parole after serving 9½ years of his sentence. Absent parole, he must serve 10 years before his mandatory discharge.
