InCalifornia, native plants are back in vogue. On its website, the California Native Plant Society lists over 200 native plant nurseries in the state. The Los Angeles Times maintains social media accounts just for stories about native plants.

This video follows the perspective of Mother Nature, a personification of our distressed Earth, who is suffering from the effects of climate change and human actions such as deforestation. Through several original digital art pieces, I hope to tell a story about the importance of biodiversity. For me, being able to use this creative outlet to share such a powerful narrative shows that , using of their interests/talents, can raise awareness about environmental issues.
