GRAPEVINE, Texas — An 18-year-old woman killed Sunday evening after being struck by a jet ski in a hit-and-run incident while kayaking on Grapevine Lake has been identified, officials say. At approximately 5:20 p.m., the Grapevine Fire Department responded to an emergency near Oak Grove Park. Initial reports indicated that a person had been kayaking when they were hit by a jet ski.
