    To the editor,It’s said that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Nowhere is this adage more apparent than what we are learning about the alleged actions of former Republican District 17 State Senator Ray Holmberg, who is accused of receiving child pornography on taxpayer-funded devices and engaging in child rape while on taxpayer-funded junkets overseas. One would think it would be easy for his political party to condemn these abhorrent allegations.
