    Essex Police received calls from worried members of the public in the early hours of April 30, reporting a man threatening members of the public and throwing items. The reported incident took place in Kynaston Road, Panfield near Braintree. Officers quickly attended, making an arrest at the scene. Ben McDonnell, 35, of Meadow Close, Panfield, will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on May 30 to answer charges of criminal damage and a public order offence.
