Repair - The Anglia Two, or H145 helicopter, has been stranded on Jaywick Beach since Sunday morning (Image: Submitted/EAAA) AN air ambulance has been stranded on Jaywick Beach for two days while repairs are being undertaken. The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) landed on Jaywick Beach on Sunday morning and as of Tuesday 5pm, the helicopter is still on the beach. On the EAAA website, the June 15 incident in Clacton is listed with the label being for a "cardiac arrest.

The Harwich and Dovercourt Inner Wheel Club is part of a network of groups which promotes friendship, personal service and international understanding as a counterpart to the Rotary Club. Inner Wheel was first formed in 1924 in Manchester, with the Harwich and Dovercourt branch being launched in September 1959. Last year the Harwich and Dovercourt branch celebrated the 100th anniversary by carrying out tasks regularly for the ‘100 for 100 campaigns’.

Essex Police were called at just after 2.30pm yesterday to reports of a crash involving an heavy goods vehicle and two vehicles between junctions 7 and 8 on the M11. The force can now confirm that one of drivers of the cars, a 21-year-old man, died at the scene despite the best efforts of the emergency services who attended the scene. The man’s family has been informed and are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.

Essex Highways report that on the M25 Clockwise between J28 (A12) and J29 (A127) that all traffic is behind held due to an air ambulance landing on the motorway. Essex Highways also report that the M11 is being held in both directions due to a "police incident" between J8 (A120) and J9 (A11). Meanwhile AA report that the M25 anticlockwise before J28 A12 (Brentwood / Brook Street Roundabout) is partially blocked with long delays due to people on the road and a multi-vehicle crash.
