There's nothing worse than sitting in a queue of traffic or trying to take a shortcut home only to find that the road ahead is unexpectedly closed and you've got no choice but to find an alternate route - sometimes adding hours onto your journey. Life would be less chaotic if you were aware of traffic hotspot areas before you set off on your trip as it would enable you to plan a different route or even delay the start of your journey to allow rush-hour delays to ease.

Most people from Leicester who have gone abroad on holiday will be able to relate to someone asking "where in the UK are you from?" But it's not as easy as just mentioning our fair city - as many would reply, "Lichester? Where is that? Is it near London?" And don't even mention spelling - it's not Lester - it's Leicester - and the whole 'i' before 'e' except after 'c' rhyme goes out of the window, confusing even more. It's not an easy feat. Nevertheless....
