    BOULDER – Head coach Danny Sanchez announced the 2025 Colorado soccer schedule on Wednesday, along with the Big 12 Conference schedule release. The Buffaloes will play eight non-conference matchups before an 11-match Big 12 schedule. The 2025 slate features 12 home matches and eight opponents from the 2024 NCAA Tournament. CU will be back at Prentup Field for the first time with an exhibition matchup against in-state rival Colorado College on Aug. 7.

    CHICAGO – Colorado newcomer Reagan Kotschau was one of 24 players to be called up to the U.S. Under-20 Women's Youth National Team training camp set for March 31-April 7 at the Kansas City Current's University of Kansas Health System Training Center. Becki Tweed, a current assistant coach for the San Diego Wave, a former assistant coach for Angel City FC, and a former U.S. U20 WNT assistant coach, will run that camp.

The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-American ballot. First, Second and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on April 16.

    BOULDER – Colorado women's basketball had its season came to an end in the second round of the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament, falling to No. 4 seeded Gonzaga, 64-55, on Sunday at the CU Events Center. The Buffaloes close the season with their fourth-consecutive 20-win record, finishing 21-13 and winning at least one postseason tournament game for the third consecutive season.

    BOULDER – Colorado women's basketball continues postseason play in the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament (WBIT) on Sunday. The No. 1 seeded Buffaloes take on No. 4 seeded Gonzaga at 1 p.m. at the CU Events Center. Tickets are available at CUBuffs.com/WBBTickets. Sunday will be the fourth meeting between Colorado and Gonzaga. The Buffs have won all three previous meetings, dating back to the 1989-90 season. The last time the teams matched up was in the 2008 WNIT.
