A 55-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital for drug-resistant epilepsy diagnosed since the age of 12 years. She underwent an anterior corpus callosotomy at age 37 years after subdural electroencephalography (EEG) electrodes demonstrated nonlocalizable bifrontal epilepsy with switching lateralization and rapid bilateral progression. There was no change in seizure semiology or significant clinical improvement after the surgery.
