SHREVEPORT, La. -- Concerns are mounting over whooping cough after two babies in Louisiana have died of whooping cough in the last six months. Before these deaths, there hadn't been a death from it in the state since 2018. As a point of comparison, nationwide, there were only 10 deaths last year from whooping cough, also known as pertussis. Given current numbers and trends, by mid-April, it's likely Louisiana's case number will surpass the 154 cases reported for all of 2024.

Armisen titled his show Comedy for Musicians but Everybody is Welcome. Armisen performed two shows in the historic small-stage setting at Margaret Place and Line Avenue.
