We read with considerable interest the article by Kim GJ et al., titled “Assessment of oncologic and cosmetic outcomes of robotic elective neck dissection in early-stage tongue cancer” [1] . The study demonstrates that robotic elective neck dissection (END) achieves oncologic outcomes comparable to conventional END, with similar 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) rates and lymph node yields.
