    COLLEGE STATION – In advancing to Eugene in three events on Friday at the NCAA West hosted by Texas A&M, Razorback sprinter Jordan Anthony produced a stellar 9.75w in the 100m while also advancing in the 200m and 4 x 100m relay. Overall, Arkansas will have 15 entries at the NCAA Championships, held June 11-14 at Hayward Field, in 10 events with 18 athletes.

    COLLEGE STATION – Arkansas advanced three Razorbacks to Eugene during NCAA West First Round on Thursday with Paityn Noe and Sydney Thorvaldson in the 10,000m along with Funminiyi Olajide in the long jump. Arkansas also advanced 13 entries to Saturday quarterfinal races in four events, which includes an impressive eight entries in the 400m. Noe produced a time of 33:56.89 to place fourth in the 10,000m as Thorvaldson ran 34:16.03 for ninth place to secure their trip to Eugene.

    COLLEGE STATION – Opening day at the NCAA West First Round on Wednesday had three Razorbacks advancing to Eugene in the long jump while Timothy Chesondin claimed the final spot to the NCAA Championships in the 10,000m. In addition, Arkansas had 13 entries move on to Friday quarterfinals in five events. Uroy Ryan led the long jump trio with a mark of 25-8 (7.82) that ranked seventh overall.

    FAYETTEVILLE – No. 3 Arkansas enters the NCAA West First Rounds with 27 entries as 23 Razorbacks compete in 14 events next Thursday and Saturday at Texas A&M. Arkansas ranks equal fourth with its 27 entries behind 30 for Nebraska while Texas A&M and Texas Tech have 28 each. USC also has 27 entries. “We’re excited with the number of entries we have for the NCAA West this season,” Arkansas women’s assistant coach Taylor Washington said. “We were disappointed with our SEC team finish.
