Roshane McClymont, from Debenham, came to Ipswich on Sunday, April 13, to meet his partner. The couple decided to order and pick up breakfast from the Whitehouse McDonald's. However, after trying to eat his breakfast wrap, he felt a sharp pain in his throat.

Applicant Brett Aggregates Limited, with agents SLR Consulting Limited, has submitted plans for a mineral quarry in Barham. This would see a 12ha extension of the existing 18.1ha Barham Quarry that collects sand and gravel.
