    For the second time in two days, authorities accompanied by hazardous materials teams swarmed a residential area in Madison Tuesday, this time just west of Camp Randall Stadium. The incident in the 100 block of North Spooner Street is related to an earlier hazmat response in the 1400 block of West Skyline Drive late Monday, Attorney General Josh Kaul said in a statement Tuesday afternoon. Authorities also responded to a third location, in the 5600 block of Schroeder Road, Kaul said later Tuesday.
