USMNT international Caleb Wiley is on the verge of rejoining Watford from Chelsea on a season-long loan. Chelsea signed Wiley from Atlanta United for around £8.5million ($11.4m) last July. He spent the first half of last season on loan at Strasbourg before moving to Watford for the second half of the campaign. The full back impressed in his 10 appearances for the Championship club after recovering from a shoulder problem sustained while in France.
