The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive has been
approved by the EU legislators and will have significant
consequences for EU and non-EU companies.
The way in which the financial sector is dealt with in the
Directive creates some uncertainties, in particular for large asset
managers in scope.
Firms should review the scope of the final text and identify
whether they will be covered.
