Expanded Genomics ServicesAzenta Life Sciences has expanded services to the United Kingdom, opening a new lab in Oxford as its GENEWIZ Multiomics and Synthesis Solutions site for the region. The site will feature a new state-of-the-art genomics lab scheduled to open in March 2024. Drawing upon the experience of scientists at the former Oxford Genomics Centre (OGC), the new Oxford Genomics Lab will provide genomics services from GENEWIZ to support a wide range of project needs from its customers.

Both extinctions and introductions of large mammalian herbivores (>45 kg) affect biodiversity and ecosystem function. An important question is whether the origin of herbivorous megafauna predicts impacts on an ecosystem that are specific to introduced species in general, more severe than those of native species, or both.
