Before seeds were planted for the 2025 season, community members were signing up to fill the garden’s few vacant plots, said Rossi. “I’ve been getting calls, emails, and letters from people wanting to participate since the summer,” he told The Breeze.

Lincoln Police say that the CCRI Lincoln lockdown began when a 48-year-old man from Woonsocket used a knife to threaten other passengers on a RIPTA bus. Police were called, and upon arriving on the scene, learned the suspect was also armed with a gun.
