On the corner of Laura and Newark streets in Spokane's South Perry District, The Grain Shed bakery brings traditional bread-baking methods back to life. Unlike most modern bakeries, The Grain Shed has been doing things the old-fashioned way since it opened in June 2018 - using a flour mill to transform its varieties of locally sourced grains as well as baking each product in a wood-fired oven.
