A software company for chiropractors with a headquarters in the Upstate has secured $26 million in growth capital. ChiroHD, which has “co-headquarters” in Atlanta and Greenville, received the investment from Mainsail Partners, a growth equity firm investing in software companies. It’s designed to help drive product innovation, improve platform experience and grow customer support, a news release said.

TRAVELERS REST — After presenting plans for a proposed luxury hotel at the foot of Paris Mountain, The Divine Group, a Greenville-based developer, received a clear response from the planning body tasked with the first step in any potential approval. The Travelers Rest Planning Commission voted 5-1 against recommending the request to annex into the city and rezone a property on Altamont Road, which winds across the mountain, that would allow for the Inn at Altamont to be built there.

Three, Class A industrial buildings near major global manufacturers are available for lease in one of Greenville County’s industrial districts. Merovan at Donaldson is situated off U.S. 25, which is less than four miles off Interstate 85 and about 10 miles from Interstate 385, Colliers announced. The buildings were finished in 2024. One is 56,700 square feet, another is 40,500 square feet, and the third is 27,000 square feet. The area has served as an industrial hub for years.
