KOTA KINABALU: A fight between colleagues resulted in one being slashed to death in the Tawau district. The incident came to light when an estate worker reported a fight involving machetes at a farmhouse in Merotai Besar. Tawau OCPD Asst Comm Jasmin Hussin said they received the report at around 2.44pm on Sunday (Jan 5) about a large fight involving machetes. "A team was sent to the location, and upon arrival, our men saw a lifeless person with slash wounds on his head," he said.

AbstractBacterial bloodstream infections (BSI) can be a substantial contributor to complications of GVHD treatment. The aim of this study was to determine the risk for BSI from neutrophil engraftment through day 100 post transplant in patients with acute GVHD (AGVHD) based on organ involvement and severity. Patients (n = 4064) who underwent an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT) reported to the CIBMTR registry were analyzed.

This certification affirms that Sabah’s financial report for the year ending December 31, 2023, was received without fault, according to Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Datuk Nizam Ab Nizam Ab Titingan.
