Mr Powell says the tariffs are significantly larger than expected, flagging the risks of inflation and slower growth.     New data shows young investors are contributing to volatility in the rental market, by buying properties and selling them again within two years. A report by the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute shows 25 to 34 year olds are more likely to buy a rental property, but also most likely to sell it quickly.  Landlords argue the lack of public housing is to blame for the rental crisis.
