We’re halfway through the 2025 Nürburgring 24 Hours, and it’s Manthey EMA that holds a commanding lead with its #911 Porsche 911 GT3 R 992. The ‘Grello’-liveried car has had a fault-free run through the opening 12 hours of the race and sits just over two and a half minutes clear of the rest of the pack with Kevin Estre at the wheel.

Manthey’s #911 Porsche 911 GT3 R 992 leads the way in the 2025 edition of the Nürburgring 24 Hours at the six-hour mark. The ‘Grello’ machine held station out front after the restart, following the 2.5-hour red flag for the power outage. Kevin Estre was aboard when the race resumed, before handing over to Ayhancan Güven at the car’s second stop.

The #7 Blackthorn Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 Evo duo of Giacomo Petrobelli and Jonny Adam secured their first British GT pole position of the season – and the team’s first in the championship – at Spa-Francorchamps this afternoon. Petrobelli stormed to the front in his session, lapping an impressive 0.772 quicker than second-placed #18 2 Seas Mercedes-AMG GT3 of driver Kevin Tse.

The 2025 Nürburgring 24 Hours has been red flagged due to a power cut in the pit lane approximately 90 minutes into the race. At the time of the stoppage, the Kondo Ferrari which took the lead after the first round of stops, held onto first. The #17 GetSpeed Mercedes was second, with the #34 Walkenhorst Aston Martin of Mattia Drudi third. There is no further information regarding a restart time yet as the cars return to pit lane.

The #45 Kondo Racing Ferrari 296 GT3 leads the 2025 Nürburgring 24 Hours after an hour of racing. Thomas Preining, who took the start in the pole-sitting #911 Manthey Porsche, built an early lead which stretched to 14 seconds, but that evaporated at the first round of pit stops. The #911 ‘Grello’ Porsche is now down to eighth and 29 seconds back after the first pit cycle, which stretched from laps five to seven.
