    CORBIN, Ky. (WYMT) - A former Whitley County High School football star has died after a motorcycle crash. Details about the crash have not been released. An obituary says Tye Hamblin, 19, of Corbin, died Tuesday at the Saint Joseph London Hospital. Hamblin graduated from Whitley County High School in May, 2024.     HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - Harlan County Judge-Executive Dan Mosley says a water crisis is nearing an end. During an update on social media Tuesday night, Mosley said the number of customers without water in the Black Mountain Utility District has dropped significantly. He believes everyone will have water by Wednesday morning. Some have been without water for 10 days. Mosley also said steps are being taken to make improvements to the utility district.
