    ALBANY - Eight months after it effectively fired former CEO Phil Calderone, the Albany County Airport Authority released a report from an accounting firm that identified several financial and management issues the firm says occurred during Calderone's tenure. CEO Peter Stuto and Tom Smith, from the EFPR Group, a certified public accounting firm from Williamsville, presented the report to Albany County legislators on Tuesday.
