WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — A Middleton Township woman says she lost internet and cable service for over a week due to an unusual cause: multiple shotgun blasts to a cable line. Kathy Seeman said the trouble began on June 15. She works from home and relies on her internet connection, but started experiencing repeated outages. "We couldn't get the TV to start, and my app said we were in an outage," Seeman said.
