    TOLEDO, Ohio — Eight children and four adults were displaced by a house fire in central Toledo Tuesday night, according to Toledo Fire & Rescue crews at the scene. There were no injuries sustained in the incident on Elliott Avenue just south of Bancroft Street. TFRD put the affected family in touch with the American Red Cross. The fire started in an upstairs bedroom, and TFRD crews responded around 9 p.m., containing the flames to that location.
