MONTCLAIR, NJ - The Montclair Township Council’s March 25 meeting looked to be a shorter meeting than the ones Mayor Renée Baskerville and the councilors had previously had, given an agenda of only two first-reading ordinances and a large consent agenda of nearly twenty resolutions that could be (and was) passed with one easy and unanimous vote.
