    Police say it was about 8:30 a.m. on Thursday when officers responded to a business in the 1100 block of Brydges Street after reports of a man refusing to leave after being directed to do so. When officers arrived at the scene, police say they were told that the suspect was refusing to allow company vehicles to enter or leave the property by standing directly in the laneway of the business. Officers spoke with the man for a long time, but he refused to move from his location, police say.
