A 37-year-old Londoner is facing charges after police say a man was seen showing people what appeared to be a firearm in the city’s downtown core. Police said the incident happened shortly before 10 p.m. Monday near Wellington and Horton streets. A description of the suspect was provided to police, who located and arrested a man still in the area. A BB-style replica handgun was seized during the arrest, according to a police statement.
