Surface segmentation AI analysis modelOxford Instruments - Andor has today released Imaris 10.1, the latest version of its AI microscopy image analysis software. During figure preparation for “Latrophilin GPCRs direct synapse specificity by coincident binding of FLRTs and teneurins” (22 February 2019, eaav7969), several images in Fig. 2B were incorrectly copied and pasted. The assay of Fig. 2B was conducted in 12-well plates. Multiple overlapping images of each well were taken, and multiple candidate representative images for each condition were copied and pasted into the figure file.
