Offensive lineman has been in the league since 2020 and was at the Dallas Cowboys beforeTHE NFL has announced a six-game suspension for a member of the San Francisco 49ers. The ban was handed out for a violation of the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. Isaac Alarcon, 26, will be suspended for the first six games of the 2025 season.
