Five Teens Charged With Possession of Stolen Vehicles Five teenagers between the ages of 13 and 15 were arrested and four stolen vehicles recovered following a collision June 3 in Rockville. A 13-year-old, three 14-year-olds and one 15-year-old were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and released to their guardians, according to Montgomery County Police.

Council Holds Webinar on Housing Accessibility & Affordability As part of a continuing community series to help Montgomery County residents learn about services, Councilmember Andrew Friedson led a webinar on housing accessibility and affordability Wednesday. Housing prices rose 11.2% last year in Montgomery County while wages only rose 1.7%, according to Friedson. Many residents were rent or mortgage burdened in 2024 before the federal government’s layoffs began, he said.
